Methodist Physicians Clinic has opened four new Urgent Care clinics in the past six months. From Council Bluffs to Fremont and areas between, we have after-hours medical care options for you and your family.

Coverage under the Methodist Health System Health Care Plan is:

• PPO/$1000 deductible option: $25 copay
• HDHP option: Deductible/coinsurance.

Virtual Care

Don’t forget about Virtual Care, which is available 24/7/365! Coverage under the Methodist Health System Health Care Plan is:

• PPO/$1000 deductible option: $15 copay
• HDHP option: Deductible/coinsurance.

You'll be able to see a physician or advanced practice provider for your minor medical needs, including cough, sinus infections, rashes and urinary tract infections (UTIs). You can access the service from your phone or computer, or you can download the app.

Emergency Care

In case of an emergency (e.g., fractures, potential stroke, trauma, deep wounds or conditions that may be cardiac-related), call 911 or go to the emergency room.

Coverage under the Methodist Health System Health Care Plan is:

• PPO/$1,000 deductible option: $300 copay if not admitted, then deductible/coinsurance
• HDHP option: Deductible/co-insurance.
