At Methodist Health System, we believe that talent development is about arming employees with the skills, mindsets and resources needed to ensure their success and the success of Methodist.
The Methodist Talent Development program has three key pillars: personal, operational and leadership. We believe continuous development and learning in these three areas create well-rounded teams and individuals who are fit to lead and drive us into the future.
Our program is not one size fits all. Employees have the ability to engage with the content they find most interesting, managers can recommend content to employees based on goals or feedback, and much of what is available can be accessed at any time, on demand.
