The Commitment Behind the Badge: New Ads for 2019
The Methodist badge says so much about who we are and what we do. It’s more than a name tag – it’s a symbol that defines and unites each and every one of us. It represents our passion and commitment to caring for patients and their families each and every day.
Our 2019 advertising campaign looks and sounds familiar because it is an extension of our 2018 campaign, called The Commitment Behind the Badge. This campaign continues to focus on your passion, your commitment and the work you do each day that makes a difference in the lives of those we serve. Whether directly or indirectly, everyone plays a key role in the patient experience at Methodist.
The campaign was extended for several reasons:
- It captured the essence of our brand and The Meaning of Care through strong, emotional footage of the care you provide to our patients and their families every day.
- It is a very realistic and authentic view into a day in the life – all the imagery you will see was captured in our hospitals and clinics – and the look and feel differentiates Methodist advertising from that of our competitors.
- It is reflective of Methodist Health System – we are proud to provide comprehensive care throughout the region and want to showcase the breadth and strength of our system by including providers who work in various locations.
New Faces and Places
In 2019, you’ll notice some new faces and places. Our system has grown over the last 12 months to include Methodist Fremont Health, and it was important to incorporate providers and employees at our Fremont locations in this campaign.
Featured alongside those providers are nearly 160 employees from departments across the health system – our chaplains, nursing staff, pharmacy, environmental services and numerous other ancillary services – to further illustrate that it takes all of us to deliver The Meaning of Care every day.
This comprehensive campaign, which launches Monday, April 29, focuses on strategic services lines, including primary care, cardiology, oncology and women’s services.
You can preview the new television commercials below. Watch for additional electronic, radio and print ads, as well as billboards, which are part of this fully integrated campaign.
