Do you know the many ways you can report a compliance concern or incident related to our Code of Conduct?

Methodist Health System is committed to always doing the right thing. That is why we have a compliance program and why we have adopted a Code of Conduct as part of an effective program to prevent and detect violations of law and conduct.

For the Corporate Compliance Plan policy, including Code of Conduct, click here. (Reauthentication may be required.) Employees are encouraged to discuss any questions related to this Code of Conduct with their supervisor or VP of Compliance.

Employees who believe they are aware of a violation of the Code are expected and encouraged to report their concerns. Employees have many ways in which they can report a concern or incident related to this Code. They may discuss it with their manager, the VP of Compliance, Chief Financial Officer or the Chief Compliance Officer.

Employees may also contact Lighthouse Services, using this link: www.lighthouse-services.com/nmhs. Such reports may be made confidentially and anonymously. Please note: Regular business matters that do not require anonymity should be directed to the employee’s supervisor and should not be submitted using this service
