Individual Nutrition Counseling

Maintaining a healthy diet can have a powerful effect on both disease prevention and management.

Our team of nutrition counselors are registered dietitians who are licensed in medical nutrition therapy. They provide personal one-on-one counseling to help you understand and successfully follow the medical diet prescribed by your physician.

Initial counseling sessions include a personalized diet plan as well as guidance in label reading, healthy shopping, restaurant dining, and menu planning. Follow-up sessions are available to refine your diet plan or to help you stay on track.
