    • Mohs Micrographic Surgery

    We offer the advanced outpatient technique for removing skin cancer. This procedure which removes skin cancer and as little normal tissue as possible. During this surgery, the physician removes the cancer and then uses a microscope to look at the cancerous area to make sure no cancer cells remain.  This procedure boasts a 99 percent cure rate for certain types of skin cancer.

    SmoothBeamTM Laser Treats Acne
    We have recently added the Candela Smoothbeam diode laser to the arsenal of tools for the treatment of acne. The Smoothbeam laser helps acne by shrinking the oil-producing glands which are enlarged in patients with acne.

    Smoothbeam laser treatment can be considered as an alternative to standard acne medications, such as Accutane or antibiotics, limiting the risks of side effects. The Smoothbeam laser is particularly effective in treating acne, acne scarring and wrinkles around the eyes.
