The Jennie Edmundson Diabetes Management Center and Methodist Center for Diabetes and Nutritional Health help patients and their families manage type 1, type 2 or gestational diabetes.
Our team includes certified diabetes educators, nurses, dietitians and a nurse practitioner. Working together with your physician, we will develop an individualized treatment plan to help you manage your diabetes.
Stop Diabetes
Our diabetes education services are recognized by the American Diabetes Association as meeting the national standards for diabetes self-management education.
